Fully on-prem AI, hosted inside the municipality.

DelftGPT is the City of Delft’s private AI platform — a multi-model chat interface, search across the municipality’s own document archives, and in-house transcription, all running on hardware in Delft’s own building. Default-deny egress at the network layer means no prompt, document or transcript ever leaves the perimeter. Composed from Chat, Knowledge and Transcribe.

An anonymous debt-help platform for residents, debt counsellors and volunteers. Residents photograph or upload any letter — collection notice, energy bill, tax demand — and get the creditor, amount and reference extracted instantly. A visual dashboard turns numbers into a payoff plan; a built-in AI assistant drafts formal emails to creditors or the Tax Authority on request. Composed from Extract and Chat, hosted on Arkintel’s EU cloud so smaller municipalities don’t have to operate anything themselves.

Get your subsidy application checked before you submit it.

A pre-submit review tool built with the City of Rotterdam. Residents upload the subsidy application they’re about to send to the city; the AI reads every page, checks each required field is filled in, and flags problems back in plain language — “you forgot your phone number,” “the amount on page 2 doesn’t match the total on page 4.” Residents fix the application and submit a clean one, instead of waiting weeks for a rejection. Composed from Extract, running self-hosted inside Rotterdam’s own tenancy.

Each course gets its own AI assistant, grounded only in that course’s lectures, readings and past exams — so students get answers that match what they’re actually being taught, with a paper trail back to the source. Educators control what each assistant can see; students get a single dashboard for every class. Began inside TU Delft and is now rolling out across universities, IGCSE, A Level and AP schools.
